    Condiciones Generales de Contratación del Programa Alsa Plus

    The Alsa Plus loyalty program (hereinafter the “program” or “Alsa Plus”), managed by Alsa Grupo, S.L.U. (hereinafter “AG”), aims to reward the loyalty of Alsa customers who, by joining the program, acquire the status of “Alsa Plus Customer”.

    Alsa Plus Customer status is personal and non-transferable.

    For the purposes of the Alsa Plus program, Alsa is understood to mean the companies of the ALSA Group that use said emblem in their road passenger transport services, excluding urban passenger transport services.

    OBJECTIVE OF THE ALSA PLUS PROGRAM

    The Alsa Plus program grants benefits and a balance to the Alsa Plus account holder, provided that said holder is one of the passengers in that purchase.

    The Alsa Plus account holder must consult the applicable conditions for each product and discount offered regarding the obtaining of balance, published on alsa.es, alsa.com, and in the Alsa mobile application (hereinafter, the “App”).

    Likewise, Alsa Plus Customer status grants the possibility of benefiting from certain exclusive discounts offered by establishments participating in Alsa Plus or other additional advantages from third-party companies associated with the program (hereinafter, “Partners”).

    Alsa Plus Customer status implies express authorization for the receipt, through any means, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notification, web notification, Social Media, telephone, or other channels, of information about Alsa Plus, news, services, and/or Alsa promotions. If the customer does not wish to receive commercial communications, they may unsubscribe from them by modifying their Alsa Plus profile accessible on the website alsa.es / alsa.com.

    I. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM

    Alsa reserves the right to modify these General Conditions when there are valid and objective reasons for doing so, such as:

    a) Changes in applicable legislation affecting the program. b) Significant variations in the conditions of the passenger transport market. c) Operational or technological improvements in the management of the program. d) The need to adapt the program to new commercial practices or to prevent fraud.

    Any modification of the General Conditions of the program will be notified to Alsa Plus Customers at least one (1) month prior to its entry into force. Said notification, as well as the date from which it will be effective, will be made via the email address provided by the customer and by means of a prominent notice on the website and the App.

    The customer who does not agree with the new General Conditions may request cancellation of the program without any penalty, having a period of one (1) month from the date of notification to redeem the entire accumulated balance. Once said period has elapsed without the customer notifying their desire to cancel, it will be understood that they accept the new conditions.

    II. JOINING AND CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS

    Any natural person over 18 years of age (hereinafter the “customer”) may participate in the Alsa Plus loyalty program.

    Joining Alsa Plus is completely free and implies knowledge and acceptance of these General Contracting Conditions.

    To acquire Alsa Plus Customer status, the application form established for this purpose must be completed on the websites alsa.es and alsa.com and in the App or other registration channels that Alsa may make available at any time.

    By joining the Alsa Plus program, you undertake that the information provided in the registration form is, at all times, truthful, accurate, updated, and complete. If not, AG may, immediately, suspend or cancel your balance account and deny you access, present and future, to the program by annulling your membership.

    To identify yourself as an Alsa Plus Customer, to be able to manage your account and access ticket purchases in any of Alsa's own sales channels or those enabled for this purpose, your identity document (passport, NIE) or email address and password will be required.

    The Alsa Plus Customer may request their cancellation from the program at any time and at no cost. The cancellation request may be processed by email to asesoria@alsa.es

    Alternatively, you may request cancellation by writing to Alsa Plus: Marketing Dept., C/ Josefa Valcárcel, 20, 28027 Madrid indicating clearly your desire to cancel.

    AG reserves the right to cancel the account and its balance and annul the Alsa Plus customer status of anyone who fails to comply with the rules set out in these conditions or who has made fraudulent use of Alsa tickets or services.

    III. LOYALTY LEVELS AND BENEFITS OF ASSOCIATED COMPANIES (PARTNERS)

    The Alsa Plus program is structured into different loyalty levels, the access and maintenance criteria and the benefits associated with each of which are detailed in Annex I of these General Conditions and are permanently accessible for consultation on the Alsa website and App.

    In order to offer greater advantages to its customers, the Alsa Plus program may include benefits, discounts, or services offered by Partners. The specific conditions, the identity of the Partners, and the current advantages will be available for consultation on the Alsa website and App.

    AG reserves the right to modify the criteria for access to levels and their benefits, as well as to extend, modify, or terminate agreements with its Partners, all defined in Annex I, provided that objective reasons exist for them, such as the termination of commercial agreements, the restructuring of the service offer, or adaptation to new market loyalty strategies.

    1. Substantial Modifications to Annex I: Any change that: a) Significantly toughens the criteria for access or maintenance of a level. B) Reduces or eliminates essential benefits associated with the level the customer is in, shall be considered a substantial modification.

    Any substantial modification will be notified at least one (1) month prior to its entry into force. If not in agreement, the customer may unsubscribe from the program under the terms provided in the Clause on Modification of the General Conditions of the Program. Said modification will not affect the rights already acquired by the customer regarding sales or redemptions in progress.

    2. Non-Substantial Modifications to Annex I: The following changes shall not be considered substantial modifications, and therefore shall not trigger the prior notice procedure:

    a) Improvement of benefits or flexibility of criteria for access to levels. b) The entry, exit, or modification of the conditions of the Partners associated with the program, given the dynamic nature of the partner network. Said changes will be communicated through the usual program channels and will not give rise to compensation, without prejudice to rights already acquired by the customer regarding advantages or redemptions in progress. c) Technical adjustments or clarifications in the wording of the conditions of Annex I that do not alter the obligations and rights of the parties.

    AG will communicate these non-substantial modifications through the usual program channels (web, App, or email).

    IV. CANCELLATION OF THE PROGRAM

    AG reserves the right to terminate the Alsa Plus loyalty program at any time, with prior notice to customers one (1) month in advance, without any liability being derived for it for damages that the cancellation might cause them.

    During said notice period, customers may redeem the balance they have accumulated, without new balances being generated for purchases made after the date of notification of the cancellation. Once the period has elapsed without the balance having been redeemed, it shall be void, without any liability being derived for AG.

    Likewise, the Alsa Plus program may be cancelled without prior notice or any liability, if at any time circumstances of force majeure or legal impositions occur that prevent its continuity.

    V. DATA PROTECTION

    Below, we inform you about how we will process your personal data within the framework of the Alsa Plus loyalty program.

    Data Controller. ALSA GRUPO, S.L.U., with Tax ID B-82059478 and registered office at Calle Josefa Valcárcel, 20, 28027, Madrid, is the Data Controller of the personal data you provide us when joining the Alsa Plus Program. You can contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@alsa.es.

    Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing. We will process your personal data for the following purposes, each covered by its corresponding legal basis:

    A) Purposes necessary for the management of the program (Legal basis: Execution of the contract - Article 6.1.b GDPR):

    • Manage your registration, maintenance, and cancellation in the Alsa Plus program.
    • Administer your account, including the accumulation and redemption of balance.
    • Communicate with you to inform you about operational aspects of your account (e.g., level changes, balance expiration, modifications of conditions, breach of conditions and/or misuse, etc.).

    B) Purposes based on our legitimate interest (Legal basis: Legitimate interest - Article 6.1.f GDPR):

    • Send you, through any means (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.), commercial communications about Alsa products, services, news, and promotions that are similar to what you have contracted or for which you have shown interest. You can oppose this processing at any time easily and free of charge through your user profile or in the link enabled in each communication.
    • Perform statistical analyses and opinion surveys to improve our services.
    • Analyze your purchase and travel habits to personalize your experience, make recommendations of interest, and offer advantages and promotions adapted to your profile.
    • Fraud prevention

    C) Purposes requiring your explicit consent (Legal basis: Consent - Article 6.1.a GDPR): Only if you give us your consent by checking the corresponding boxes on the registration form, will we process your data to:

    • Third-party commercial communications: Send you, by any means, information and promotions from establishments and companies associated with Alsa Plus in the sectors of leisure, transport, hospitality, training, telecommunications, fashion, retail, and insurance. You can consult the updated list of Partners at alsa.es.
    • Data transfer to third parties: Communicate your identification and contact data to Partners associated with Alsa Plus so that they can send you their own offers and promotions directly.

    Consent for these purposes is voluntary and refusal to provide it will not prevent your participation in the Alsa Plus program. You may revoke your consent at any time through your user profile or by sending an email to asesoria@alsa.es, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

    Data Categories and Retention Period. We will process the identification and contact data you provide us, as well as data derived from your activity in the program (purchases, redemptions, etc.). Data marked with an asterisk in the form are mandatory to manage your participation. Your data will be kept while you maintain your status as an Alsa Plus customer and, once the relationship has ended, will be kept blocked during the legal limitation periods for addressing possible liabilities.

    Recipients of the Data. Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligation. Only if you have given your explicit consent for the purpose of "Data transfer to third parties", will we communicate your data to the associated companies. Furthermore, for the provision of the service, suppliers acting as data processors may have access to your data, with whom we have formalized the corresponding contract pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.

    Exercise of Rights and Claims. You can revoke your consent and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, portability, and opposition by sending a request by post to ALSA GRUPO, SLU, Calle Josefa Valcárcel, 20, 28027, Madrid, or by email to asesoria@alsa.es. If you consider that your rights have been violated, you can address our Data Protection Officer (dpo@alsa.es) or file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

    VI. APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION AND ENTRY INTO FORCE

    These General Conditions shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation. For any disputes that may arise from it, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them, agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the customer's domicile.

    The Alsa Plus customer declares that all data reflected in the membership form are true, that they know and accept the conditions of this loyalty program and that, by accepting the corresponding box on the website/app registration form, they manifest their voluntary adherence to them, constituting the first purchase of an Alsa ticket, an express declaration of full knowledge and acceptance of said conditions. Likewise, they acknowledge having accepted these Conditions at the act of registration.

    These General Conditions are applicable from March 3, 2026.

    VII. CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTATION AND ANNEXES

    These General Contracting Conditions, together with the document named “Annex I: Regulations on Operation and Benefits of the Alsa Plus Program” attached simultaneously, form an integral and inseparable part of the membership contract for the Alsa Plus loyalty program, constituting, for all purposes, a contractual unit.

    Annex I details and develops the operational aspects of the program, including among others, the criteria for obtaining and redeeming balance, the structure of loyalty levels, the benefits and advantages associated with each level, and the particular conditions of promotions and agreements with Partners in force at any time.

    The customer declares having received, read, and understood both these General Conditions and Annex I prior to their adherence to the program, manifesting their full agreement with the content of both documents by checking the corresponding box on the registration form. Acceptance of this documentation is an indispensable requirement to participate in the Alsa Plus program.

    The updated version of Annex I will be permanently accessible for consultation in the corresponding section of the website (alsa.es and alsa.com) and in the App. Any substantial modification of its content will be notified to the customer in accordance with the procedure and deadlines established in the clause on modification of these General Conditions.

    ANNEX I. REGULATIONS ON OPERATION AND BENEFITS OF THE ALSA PLUS PROGRAM

    OBTAINING BALANCE

    1. General conditions for accumulation:

    Obtaining balance by the Alsa Plus customer is conditioned on the purchase of Alsa tickets duly identifying themselves as an Alsa Plus customer. Said purchase may be made at Alsa's own points of sale, on the websites alsa.es and alsa.com, in the App, on the telephone service, or in channels authorized by AG.

    2. Criteria for balance allocation:

    Balance will be allocated according to the points-euros equivalence in force at any time. AG reserves the right to modify the balance to be obtained at any time for the purchase of Alsa tickets. Information on said criteria, duly updated, will be kept accessible to the customer through the Alsa mobile application, as well as on the websites alsa.es and alsa.com.

    Obtaining balance is personal since the customer must identify themselves at the time of purchase, as an Alsa Plus customer, to be able to add the balance corresponding to said purchase. Furthermore, for the balance of a purchase to be recorded, at least one of the travelers must coincide with the holder of the Alsa Plus account making the purchase.

    3. Account Recording Process:

    The recording of balance will occur within 24-48 hours following the travel date indicated on the ticket. AG is not responsible for any delay that may occur in the recording of operations when causes beyond AG's control make the automatic capture of operations impossible. AG reserves the right to cancel balance charged erroneously to customers' accounts. Automatic recording of balance will only be guaranteed if the status of the holder and traveler has been duly accredited and registered in the purchase at Alsa.

    4. Claim for Unrecorded Balance:

    The right to request the recording of balance that has not been registered in the customer's account must be exercised within a period of (1) one month counting from the day following the trip made and in accordance with the provisions in the corresponding section on alsa.es.

    5. Effects of ticket cancellation:

    In the case of ticket cancellation, the right to obtain any balance for the cancelled ticket will be lost.

    I. LOYALTY LEVELS

    1. Level Structure:

    The levels of the Alsa Plus program are: Classic (Clásica), Silver (Plata), and Gold (Oro). Each level has associated a series of benefits and advantages that improve the customer experience.

    2. Access and Maintenance Criteria:

    Ecokilometers (or Ecokm) are those points that allow access to the different levels of the Alsa Plus Program.

    Ecokilometers are accrued for the purchase of ALSA tickets.

    The Ecokilometers that must be obtained for each of the three levels are the following:

    • Classic: 0 - 1999 Ecokilometers.
    • Silver: 2000 – 7999 Ecokilometers.
    • Gold: 8000 or more Ecokilometers.

    The amount of Ecokilometers accrued in each operation will correspond to the kilometers actually traveled by the customer on the journey to which the ticket refers, under the information available to Alsa for that journey.

    The kilometer traveled – Ecokilometer ratio is defined by Alsa and updated and informed on the website (alsa.es and alsa.com) and Alsa information channels.

    Additional Ecokilometers may also be obtained within the framework of special or promotional campaigns.

    To obtain Ecokilometers, it is a necessary and indispensable requirement to be an Alsa Plus customer and identify oneself as such when purchasing the ticket. As a general rule, Ecokilometers will be granted to the holder of the Alsa Plus account with which the ticket purchase was made.

    Ecokilometers will be available within 24/48 hours in the customer's account once the trip has been made. AG is not responsible for any delay that may occur in the recording of operations when causes beyond AG's control make the automatic capture of operations impossible.

    AG reserves the right to cancel balance charged erroneously to customers' accounts. Automatic recording of Ecokilometers will only be guaranteed if the status of the holder and traveler has been duly accredited and registered in the purchase at Alsa.

    Access to the different Alsa Plus levels will depend on the number of Ecokilometers obtained by the Alsa Plus customer within the period running from March 1 of each year to February 28/29 of the following year.

    The applicable conditions for obtaining eligible Ecokilometers to level up must be consulted at any time in the corresponding section on the website (alsa.es and alsa.com).

    If before the end of the corresponding annual period, the customer achieves the Ecolkilometers of the next level, the change to said level will be immediate.

    In other cases, on February 28/29 of each year, the update of the Alsa Plus level of all program customers will be carried out, counting the Ecokilometers obtained by the customer up to that date. When the conditions are met for a level change to take place, the benefits associated with the customer's immediately preceding Alsa Plus level will cease to be in force, and the benefits associated with the new level will begin from this date.

    The initial allocation of Alsa Plus levels will be made in consideration of kilometers for trips made from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026. The first review will take place on March 1, 2027, and Ecokilometers accumulated from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, will be counted.

    The right to request the recording of Ecokilometers that have not been registered in the customer's account must be exercised within a period of (1) one month counting from the day following the trip made and in accordance with the provisions in the corresponding section on alsa.es.

    3. Benefits associated with each Level

    The levels entail the following benefits:

    Classic:

    • Free management fees
    • Website customization
    • Quick purchase
    • Accumulation of extra balance
    • Discount coupon for birthday and anniversary

    Silver:

    • Free management fees
    • Changes and cancellations without cost for a certain advance notice
    • Seat selection with better conditions
    • Website customization
    • Quick purchase
    • Accumulation of extra balance
    • Discount coupon for birthday and anniversary

    Gold:

    • Free management fees
    • Changes and cancellations without cost for a certain advance notice
    • Seat selection with better conditions
    • Website customization
    • Quick purchase
    • Personalized attention
    • Accumulation of extra balance
    • Discount coupon for birthday and anniversary

    II. BENEFITS OFFERED BY ASSOCIATED COMPANIES (PARTNERS)

    In order to offer greater advantages to its customers, the Alsa Plus program may include benefits, discounts, or services offered by third-party companies with which AG maintains commercial agreements (hereinafter, "Partners").

    The customer may consult the updated list of current Partners at any time, as well as the details of the advantages and specific conditions of each one, in the "Alsa Plus" section of the website (alsa.es and alsa.com) and in the official Alsa App.

    According to what is established in the clause on "LOYALTY LEVELS AND BENEFITS OF ASSOCIATED COMPANIES (PARTNERS)" of the General Contracting Conditions, the entry, exit, or modification of the conditions of the Partners associated with the program is considered a non-substantial modification, without prejudice to rights already acquired by the customer regarding advantages or redemptions in progress.

    III. REDEMPTION OF BALANCE

    Redemption of balance will only take place within the framework of the Alsa Plus program.

    The customer may use the balance as a form of payment of the price of the Alsa ticket and, where appropriate, of those additional services that AG considers pertinent and that are defined on alsa.es, redeeming the available balance for its equivalent in euros on the website alsa.es, alsa.com, app, and other alternative Alsa channels.

    Alsa reserves the right to set a minimum balance necessary for redemption to be carried out, according to the redemption equivalence in force at any time.

    Additionally, if the Partner program active at the time allows it, it may be redeemed for other services offered by the Partners.

    AG will deduct from the holder's account the balance corresponding to the purchase requested at the time of receipt of the redemption request.

    IV. EXPIRATION OF BALANCE

    The Alsa Plus balance will have an expiration of 18 months from its recording date, with the exception of possible promotions that may have a different and specific expiration in each promotion. Once that period has elapsed, it will be deducted from the customer's account without the possibility of being reassigned or redeemed.

    V. CONSULTATION OF BALANCE AND MOVEMENTS

    The Alsa Plus customer can consult the balance and movements of their account in the Alsa mobile application, as well as on the websites alsa.es and alsa.com.
