How to buy with Alsa Plus balance

You can redeem your Alsa Plus balance on any Alsa purchase channel by identifying yourself as a customer.

To buy with your balance on www.alsa.es or the App:

1. Log in as an Alsa Plus customer and start your purchase.

2. When you reach “Finalize your purchase,” if you have a balance, the “Pay with balance” option will appear before the payment methods.

3. Select “Pay with balance” from the options.

4. In the purchase summary, the amount to be paid will be shown separately in balance and euros.

Conditions for payment with Alsa Plus balance:

• You can buy your ticket using only your balance or a combination of balance + euros.
• If you have a balance available, you will have the option to redeem it for the corresponding amount when paying for your ticket.
• Alsa Plus balance expires 18 months from the date it was earned.

To earn credit while traveling, remember to log in as Alsa Plus before starting your ticket purchase. The balance will be added to your Alsa Plus account once the trip is completed.
