How can I check my Alsa Plus balance

If you need to know your balance:

On the website

1. Log in as a customer.

2. Enter your customer area to view your balance.

3. To check the credit earned on each trip, go to the “My Alsa Plus” section of your customer area.

On the App

1. Log in as an Alsa Plus Customer.

2. Your accumulated balance will be displayed above the search bar.

You can also check your balance at any point of sale by identifying yourself as an Alsa Plus customer.
