ALSA is showcasing the short documentary #ContigoContamos on its buses, raising awareness of intellectual disability among its passengers.
ContigoContamos was published in November 2018 to mark the 40th Anniversary of Plena Inclusión Madrid and, from the individual memory of anonymous characters and through fragments of personal history, presents small life stories that, when united, convey the idea of the deep roots of the organization, the social and associative base that sustains it, and the constant renewal of the organization to face the future.
From this month, ContigoContamos is included in the audiovisual programming that ALSA offers its travelers this season aboard the 400 buses that perform national Long Distance services.
The general director of Plena Inclusión Madrid, Javier Luengo, wanted to thank ALSA for the opportunity to bring this short documentary to such a wide audience and thanked them for their commitment to the group of people with disabilities. "With this action, ALSA takes a further step in its commitment to the group, which is already materializing in actions to promote the labor insertion of people with disabilities and to improve road safety through training courses, the elaboration of documents in easy reading and collaboration with other projects such as those linked to early care."
