Stop at T4 of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport

Irún, May 11.- The road passenger transport company ALSA informs that from today, May 11, the current Clase Premium services that operate between Madrid and San Sebastián will be extended to Irún, which reduces the travel time from Irún to Madrid by one hour, since the new services make only two stops, in San Sebastián and Vitoria.

From Irún to Madrid, it will operate three daily frequencies, at 07.00, 14.45 and 24.00 hours. From Madrid (Avda. de América) to Irún, another three with departures at 08.00, 15.00 and 21.30 hours. All of them stop at Terminal 4 of the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport, both on the way there and back, to drop off and pick up travelers who have an air connection.

Premium services are the most exclusive of those existing in the road passenger transport sector in our country. They offer individualized delivery and collection of luggage and a new and careful interior on board, thanks to the large space available, since the bus offers only 36 seats, arranged in rows of one and two seats. The seats are comparable to those of business class, made of leather, with a wide backrest and a separation between seats of 81 centimeters.

Each seat incorporates an individual touch screen, which allows access to a wide range of leisure and entertainment on board that is fully customizable, as well as WiFi Internet with ample bandwidth, a power outlet to recharge mobile devices and a USB port in each seat.  

Travelers will enjoy free catering, with menu options for vegetarians and celiacs upon reservation, as well as an escort service for children over 4 years of age who travel alone and the possibility of transporting pets.

The Premium services from San Sebastián to Madrid began operating in July 2014, and given its success, ALSA wanted to offer it this year from Irún, so that the irundarras can also enjoy, from 48 euros per trip, a more satisfactory travel experience.
