Alsa joins the agreement against gender violence

Madrid, March 13th. Passenger transport company ALSA has recently signed a collaboration agreement with the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality to raise awareness about gender violence and promote the employment of victims.

Through this agreement, which has the collaboration of the Institute for Women and Equal Opportunities, ALSA is committed to carrying out awareness actions through the dissemination of prevention campaigns against gender violence, and actions to integrate victims into the labor market.

The Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality has launched an awareness campaign against gender violence under the slogan "When there is abuse in a couple, it's not just couple things. Do not allow gender violence", which has been joined by various entities and companies, including ALSA, as a sign of the company's commitment to raising awareness of this serious problem and raising awareness against sexist violence in society.

ALSA subscribes to this agreement in line with its Corporate Responsibility policy, which also maintains various alliances and agreements with other public and private organizations to combat a scourge such as sexist violence, such as the one it maintains with the Integra Foundation, which promotes the labor insertion of people at risk of exclusion, or the recent agreement with Fundación Mujeres to provide scholarships to orphans who are victims of gender violence.
