May 7, 2019. - The Civil Guard and the passenger transport company ALSA have signed a collaboration protocol to promote a culture of safety and enhance the institutional image of the Civil Guard in celebration of the 175th Anniversary of its founding.

This collaboration is part of the corporate social responsibility activities of both institutions, and has been signed by the Director General of the Civil Guard, Félix Azón, and the CEO of ALSA, Francisco Iglesias.

Both parties agree to carry out joint activities in areas of interest. On the one hand, the Civil Guard will include ALSA's corporate image, as a collaborator, both on the official website of the Corps and on the page of the "175th Anniversary" project and in the printed material produced on the occasion of the celebration events of said anniversary.

Likewise, ALSA will broadcast the institutional video of the Civil Guard on board the buses operated by the company, to promote a culture of safety among travelers.

This protocol is part of the commemorative events of the 175th anniversary of the creation of the Civil Guard. With these events, the Civil Guard wants to transmit to the public the values ​​of public service and the constitutional principles for which the Corps has worked since the day of its foundation. Promoting a culture of security in today's society and continuing to protect the free exercise of rights and freedoms from honor are the objective and mission of this Institution, guarantor of citizen security.
