León boosts its international reach through partnerships with ALSA and Iberia.

To this end, León's bus station has been given an IATA code, similar to that of airports (LZB), which allows the city of León to be marketed as a destination from any travel agency in the world. This gives León a greater international presence and access to new markets.

In fact, according to data recorded since the beginning of this service in various Spanish capitals, France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland are the destinations that have benefited most from this intermodality, both in terms of passenger origin and destination.

In addition, customers who choose this modality, both with departure and arrival in León, will have the same travel protection conditions as a customer who makes connecting flights. Thus, for example, in case of loss of connection, since the two sections are on the same ticket, the passenger would be placed on the next available flight.
