Yes. If you purchased a ticket by redeeming Alsa Plus balance, you can cancel the ticket, subject to the fare conditions. Once the ticket is cancelled, your redeemed balance will be automatically returned to you, or the corresponding amount, depending on the fare associated with the ticket.
