Servicios de apoyo y asistencia durante el viaje
The passenger must take into account the following conditions:
- You must arrive at the dock 15 minutes before departure time.
- It includes help with boarding and disembarking, help with locating the seat and help with luggage at origin, destination and rest stops. If you are a wheelchair or scooter user and wish to travel in a seat on the bus, you must be able to make the transfer independently or bring a companion to help you do so. For your safety, our staff will not be able to make this transfer. (See section Places for PMRSR and Places for PMR).
- The service does not include the provision of mobility aids or assistance during intermediate stops. It does not provide accompaniment either at the station or on board, nor help with eating, drinking, or going to the toilet. If necessary, the traveler must be accompanied.
