What are Ecokilometers?

Ecokilometers are the way to change levels in Alsa Plus.
1 km traveled = 1 Ecokilometer

Ecokilometers will be credited 24/48h after the trip has been made*.

*Cancelled tickets do not accumulate Ecokilometers.

The calculation of km between origin and destination is determined based on the information Alsa has for that route.

What do I need to level up?

Every time you travel with Alsa, you will obtain Ecokilometers, which will allow you to level up.

Classic

0 - 1,999 ecoKms

Silver

2,000 – 7,999 ecoKms

Gold

+8,000 ecoKms

Ecokilometers by levels

If you obtain the necessary Ecokilometers to move to the next level, the upgrade will take place immediately. These EcoKms must be obtained between March 1st of the current year and February 28/29 of the following year.
