Monthly Youth
Pass (15-26 years)

• 70% discount on the base fare (price equivalent to 20 tickets with a 70% discount).
• Valid for young people (born between 2000 and 2011, both inclusive) with a valid DNI or NIE.
• It is essential to obtain and use the AJ26 code from the Ministry of Transport.
• The pass is personal, nominative, and non-transferable.
• You can add the large family discount to this pass. Remember that its use is restricted to the holder, and both the pass and the tickets will be identified as such.
• Available for Comfort services. Now you can also redeem your passes for Supra services by paying the difference!

Activation and validity:

• From January 26, the 30-day validity is determined by the date selected at the time of purchase and will not be modified, even if the trip is changed or canceled.
• Important! The first trip must be made in 2026 to activate the pass.
• The period of the measure for 2026 passes is until 01/29/2027 if the first use is made by 12/31/26.
• For travel between autonomous communities (national bus lines) on the same origin-destination route.
• Improper use: the ministry will be notified of every improper use made with the pass. Accumulating more than 6 improper uses will lead to the revocation of the pass. Additionally, the holder will not be able to apply for any other discounted pass on any route until the end of this measure.
• Improper use is considered:
  • Booking and not traveling (without canceling 24h in advance).
  • The use or attempted use of a ticket by a person other than the pass holder.

The first step, before buying your pass at Alsa, is to get your personal code on the Government website.

1. Register on the ministry website. Enter the official platform to register your details. We recommend doing it at least 24 hours before buying your first pass.

2. Fill in your details. You will need your DNI or NIE. The system will verify that you meet the age requirement.

3. Get your code. Once the registration is complete, you will receive your AJ26 code. Write it down! You will need it to get your pass.

1. Log in as a registered customer or Alsa Plus.

2. Choose your route. Select the origin and destination you need in the search engine on the Passes page.

3. Choose your pass. The available passes will be displayed, and the “Youth Monthly Pass” will appear. (The total price shown for the pass is already the price with the 70% discount applied. As indicated by the regulations, the purchase price of the Youth Monthly Pass will be the equivalent of the amount of 20 single tickets discounted by 70%.)

4. When you select it, it will ask you to validate your AJ26 code, and from there you can buy your pass. Remember to add your details because the pass is personal, registered, and non-transferable.

5. Once purchased. We will send you an email with your pass, and you can also see it in your Alsa Plus private area.

Remember that: the pass is valid for 30 days. The 30-day validity starts on the date of the first trip you book, even if you later cancel that trip.

Once you have the pass, it is very easy to buy your tickets!

1. Remember, the first thing is to identify yourself as a registered customer or Alsa Plus.

2. Indicate on our homepage the origin-destination you chose for your pass and select the travel date.

3. In the “Add promotional Code/Passes” section, you must include your pass code.

5. Continue the purchase process as normal; the tickets will cost €0 because you already paid when you acquired the pass.
