Discount Card Andalusia Junta 65

The Andalucía Junta 65 Card is an initiative by the Junta de Andalucía that offers people over the age of 65, residing in the autonomous community, access to a variety of services and discounts. This card allows, among other benefits, travel across Andalucía with a 50% discount on intercity bus transport, and is available on the web, app, kiosks, and at the box office.

There are two types of the card, determined by the applicant's income:

• Gold Card. Intended for people whose income is below 75% of the Public Indicator of Multiple Effect Income (IPREM).
• Green Card. For those whose income is above this indicator.

The main difference between the two types is that holders of the Gold Card enjoy more advantageous conditions for the services offered. The card is completely free and can be requested by anyone who meets the specified requirements.

Who can apply for the card

To apply for the Andalucía Junta 65 Card, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: be at least 65 years old.
• Residence: be registered as a resident in any municipality of Andalucía.

With these two requirements, you can obtain the Green Andalucía Junta 65 Card.

If you wish to obtain the Gold Andalucía Junta 65 Card, in addition to the above requirements, you must prove that your personal income is below 75% of the Public Indicator of Multiple Effect Income (IPREM).

How to apply for the card

To apply for or renew the Andalucía Junta 65 Card, you have the following options:

• Electronically (with a digital certificate): if you have a digital certificate, you can apply online. It is essential to have the certificate installed on the device from which the application will be submitted.
• In person: download and complete the application form available on the official website. You can also obtain it from the Territorial Delegations of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families, and Equality, or from the Central and Territorial Services of the Agency for Social Services and Dependency of Andalucía. Once completed, submit it via assistance offices for public administration registration or by post to:

Be sure to follow the instructions on the form and attach the required documentation, including a recent colour photograph with a white background.

Automatic renewal upon expiry

The card is valid for 5 years from its issuance. The agency will automatically renew it and send it to your home without the need for any further action. If you do not receive it within four weeks after the expiration date, contact via email: taj65.assda@juntadeandalucia.es

Reissuance due to loss, theft, damage, or change of type

• Loss or theft. Send your name, surname, ID (DNI), and mailing address to the email: taj65.assda@juntadeandalucia.es
• Damage or incorrect data. In addition to the above information, attach the damaged or incorrect card and the correct details.

Change of card type

• From Gold Card to Green Card. Submit the original Gold Card requesting the change and confirm your mailing address.
• From Green Card to Gold Card. Submit the following documentation:
  · Updated certificate of pensions from Social Security.
  · Original Green Card.
  · Sworn statement of your income from the previous year, detailing income from work or pensions, capital income from movable and immovable assets, and other sources of income.

Send this documentation to the previously mentioned postal address.

Change of address

If you change your address, notify your new address by sending your name, surname, and ID (DNI) to the email: taj65.assda@juntadeandalucia.es
