If you have forgotten your Alsa Plus access password, recovering it is very easy:

On the web and in the app

1. Go to the login page.

2. Under the login details, click on "Forgot your password?" (web) or "Forgot your password?" (app).

3. Next, a window will appear where you must enter your ID document.

4. You have two options to create a new password:

  • Via SMS to the phone number associated with your Alsa Plus account.
  • Via email.
