Immediately after purchasing a ticket via our website, App or phone, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address given during the purchase process, containing your booking reference and ticket in PDF format. Additionally, before making payment you may select the option of receiving a confirmation SMS, in which case you will receive a message on your phone with your booking reference and travel details.
You may also verify that your purchase was made correctly by using the “Manage your tickets” section. Once you have located your ticket, you may then open it, change it or cancel it.
Using the App, go to “My journeys” to see all your tickets, from newest to oldest.
ALSAPLUS+ customers may enter their private area to see the details of their upcoming journeys.
