Hand luggage is permitted if it fits in the overhead trays above the seats, does not exceed 7 kg, and is not considered dangerous goods.

Exceptionally, and only if it is not possible to place it there, transport under the seat will be allowed only if it does not exceed the dimensions of 40 cm (length) x 30 cm (width) x 15 cm (height).

For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to obstruct the central aisle or to leave objects and/or loose items in transit areas.

In case of loss or forgetting your hand luggage, please complete our LOST PROPERTY form to start the search. Please note that by taking this luggage on board with you, its care is your sole responsibility, and the company is exempt from any loss or damage during the trip.
