• The pass allows travel between the same origin and destination, for both outward and return journeys.
• It is not nominative, and you can share it with whoever you want. You can even travel together on the same bus.
• You can enjoy the pass for one year (365 days) from the first journey.
• Important! The first journey must take place in 2026 to activate the New 2026 Pass.
• As of January 26th, the validity period is determined by the date selected at the time of purchase, and will not be modified, even if the trip is changed or cancelled.
• For travel between the same origin and destination between autonomous communities (state bus lines).
• The redemption of passes will be allowed exclusively for services provided by the administrative concession of the purchased pass. During the purchase process, these services are marked with a white star on a green background in the upper right corner of each service.
• The 10-journey Pass with a large family discount is for the exclusive use of the holder and their family members. Its use is restricted to the holder and their family, and both the pass and the tickets will be identified as such.
• You can cancel it as long as you have not started using it.
• Misuse: every instance of misuse involving the pass will be reported to the ministry. Accumulating more than 6 instances of misuse will lead to the revocation of the pass. Additionally, the holder will not be able to request any other discounted pass on any route until the validity of this measure ends.
  Misuse is considered as:
  • Booking and not traveling (without canceling 24 hours in advance).
  • In the case of a pass issued for a large family, the use or attempted use of a ticket by a person other than the beneficiaries of the large family certificate.
