This free service enables people with a hearing or speech impairment to access Alsa’s information and the sales service.

It is an online tool that lets the customer communicate with our staff in real time via a video call through an interpreter who translates the requests for information and ticket purchases, establishing a fluid online interaction between both parties.

In addition, this service can be used in person at the stations in Alicante, Benidorm, Denia and Valencia.
