The ARPPA Project, approved by the Ministry (Advanced Plan) and developed in collaboration with the companies ALSA GROUP (SEPRISA) and TGA, S.L., with the participation of AQUI, S.L., represents a revolutionary new concept in remote customer advice for information and sales purposes on both national and international travel networks.
This project is geared towards providing a personal and unified customer service capability, with strict quality guidelines, connected to selected ALSA GROUP sales points, from which the user can directly interact with an agent, rather than using a ticket machine. In addition to improving the quality of service for the user, it is also designed to increase operational capacity at certain points of sale and at peak times, reducing waiting time and queues for customers on popular routes.
The system will allow remote agents to control sales offices, providing information, ticket issue and payment, as well as other functions. This initiative is unique within the sector and will help to further develop and improve the ALSA GROUP network throughout Spanish territory, underlining its position as the leading national road transport service.
