When you purchase your ticket please bear in mind that...

  • Both normal and Premium services tickets should be issued up to 48 hours before the departure of the service.  

  • At sales points, via the website and on 902 lines we can inform you about the services providing special devices for people with disabilities.

  • You may travel in your own wheelchair or in a seat, please confirm your preference when purchasing. 

  • On Premium services there is a complimentary assistance service provided from the arrival at the terminal until the end of your journey. Reservations should be made 24 hours in advance.  

  • Extra Luggage: all wheelchairs or other medical aids (with doctor’s certificate) belonging to the passenger will be transported free of charge and will not be included in the free baggage allowance. 

  • Remember that currently, passengers with disabilities can gain 15% discount on standard tickets for all long-haul and regional routes, excluding inner city routes. Before boarding the bus, passengers should show proof of their disability of 32% or greater.
