How ALSAcab works:
1. Book easily at: alsa.es when buying your ticket, using your booking reference after buying your ticket, or by calling 902 42 22 42. Bookings must be made at least 14 hours in advance.
2. Indicate the address where you want to be picked up and your mobile number.
3. You will receive an email with your bus and ALSAcab ticket.
• To go to the station, we will contact you the day before you travel to confirm the address where you want to be picked up.
• To return from the station, we will call you while you are en route to confirm the meeting point.
Remember, as cabs are shared, each passenger may carry only 1 item of luggage. This is to ensure maximum comfort for all.

Shared transfer to/from Estación Sur Bus Station and Avenida de America Interchange. Available in Madrid within the M-40 zone (urban area surrounded by M-40 highway). Transfers Madrid -> Bus Station
We will contact you the day before you travel to confirm your pick up time from the address you have provided, to take to you the bus station. You will be picked up between 45 minutes and 1 hour and 45 minutes before your bus departure time. ALSA VIAJES will indicate the pick up time to ensure that the passenger arrives at the station before the bus departs.
Maximum driver waiting time at the address provided by the passenger: 30 minutes.
If the passenger does not show up 5 minutes after the pick up time, the driver will return to the station and the passenger will not receive a refund.
The route of the taxi will not take in more than four stops before arriving at the end destination, unless due to unforeseen circumstances or heavy traffic.
The driver will take the passenger(s) to the drop-off zone at the station, as long as this does not cause delays at the station and the rules and regulations of the station have not changed.
Transfers Bus Station -> Madrid
The driver will meet you at the arrivals area of the bus station to take you to the address you have provided or he will contact you to confirm a meeting place.
Maximum wait time at the meeting place: 20 minutes.
In case of delays, ALSA VIAJES will try to ensure a vehicle is waiting for you when you arrive, without guaranteeing a wait time of 20 minutes. If the customer no longer wishes to use an ALSAcab due to a long delay, a refund will be issued. Equally, if the vehicle is unable to park because the pick up time has been delayed, the customer will receive a text message saying that we were unable to provide the service and they will then receive a refund. The route of the taxi will not take in more than four stops before arriving at the end destination, unless due to unforeseen circumstances or heavy traffic.
Responsibility
ALSA VIAJES is responsible for the reliability of the service, and will not be held responsible for circumstances outside of the company’s control. In all cases, ALSA VIAJES will not be held responsible for missed connections between different transport services.
Luggage
Luggage is subject to the terms of the passenger’s bus ticket. You can travel with up to 30 kg (60 lbs) of luggage (1 large item or 1 medium item + 1 small item).
Refunds and Exchanges Policy
No exchanges permitted. Cancellations subject to the terms of the passenger’s bus ticket.
Complaints
Complaints forms are available to all passengers inside the vehicle.
Ownership of Tickets
ALSAcab tickets belong to the passenger whose name appears on the ticket. Before using the service, passengers must show their passport or DNI.
For tickets bought online for children who do not have a DNI (ID), passengers should provide the person's document who will be accompanying the child. Without this, the ticket will not be valid.
