Buses and routes from
the Cordoba Station

Public Transport Connections

The Córdoba Bus Station is a benchmark of architecture and functionality, awarded the National Architecture Prize. Located opposite the railway station, it forms a first-class intermodal hub connecting the caliphal city with all of Andalusia and the rest of Spain, providing quick access to the historic center and the Mosque-Cathedral.

City Bus and Mobility

Córdoba City Buses (AUCORSA)

The terminal has excellent connections to the local transport network via stops located right at the door and on Avenida de América:

  • Lines 3 and 4: Connect the station directly with the shopping center and the eastern and western neighborhoods.
  • Line 5: Key service linking the station with the historic center surroundings and the Ciudad Jardín area.
  • Line T (Tourist): Ideal for visitors wishing to reach the city's main monuments.

Railway Connection (AVE and Cercanías):

The bus station is located directly opposite the Córdoba-Central Station. This proximity allows immediate transfers to High-Speed trains (AVE) connecting with Madrid, Seville, Malaga, and Barcelona, as well as the Cercanías network for the Rabanales Campus.

Recommended App: We advise you to download the Aucorsa app to check arrival times in real-time, line maps, and plan your routes through the city.

Airport Connections

Córdoba has connection options with the main airports in Andalusia via direct road and rail transport:

  • Seville Airport (SVQ): Accessible via AVE/Avant train to Santa Justa and a special bus, or via direct bus services from the station itself.
  • Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP): The fastest connection is the AVE train (approx. 1 hour) linking directly to the air terminal or via direct bus.
  • Taxi: There is an official high-capacity taxi rank located at the main facade of the station, operating 24 hours a day.

Car Rental

As an important logistics hub, Córdoba offers a wide variety of car rental services to travel around the province or visit Medina Azahara.

Available Companies

  • Inside the complex: You will find desks for agencies such as Avis, Europcar, Hertz, and Sixt located in the lobby of the adjacent railway station and premises opposite the bus terminal.
  • Carsharing Services: There are parking points for shared mobility vehicles around Avenida de América.

Mobility Tip: If you plan to visit the archaeological site of Medina Azahara, renting a car at the station is a very convenient option, as it is only 15 minutes away via the Palma del Río road.
