Have you forgotten a personal item on the bus?

If you believe you have lost a personal item aboard our buses, at a station, or in a Supra lounge, it is possible that we have recovered it.

IMPORTANT

  • Personal identification documents (I.D., Passports, etc.) are handed over to the competent authorities.
  • Due to storage limitations, we will keep found items for a maximum of one month from the date they were found.
  • Perishable products are destroyed the next day.
  • If you have lost an item on an urban service or on one of our international services, you must complete the following form .

Start the search for your lost item.

  • To register, click on
    I HAVE LOST AN ITEM
  • Fill in the fields including all possible information that can help us identify it (specific characteristics, marks, stains, scratches, etc.)
  • Indicate the date and where you lost it. Add your contact information in the last step, so we can notify you.

We register the found items.

  • All items located in our vehicles are kept and registered on the platform.
  • The usual time frame is between 1 day and 3 weeks.
  • On some occasions, we receive items outside of this period because they were located in distant offices or for some other reason that delays their management.

We send you an email if we find matches.

  • After registering the items on the platform, the system will detect if there are any matches with your lost item.
  • If you receive a match email, once you have confirmed it, press the "Proceed to shipment" button and fill out the form to process it.
  • Or, if you prefer, you can go personally to the base where the item is stored and proceed to collect it.
