To check whether seats are available on a given service:

At www.alsa.com/en/web/bus/home

1. Start the purchase process.

2. On the results page, only services with available seats may be selected. If the service you require is full, the message “No seats available” will show and this option may not be selected.

3. Once you have selected the required schedule, click on NEXT and continue to “Complete my ticket”.

4. Next, under “Complete my ticket”, click on “Change seat”.

5. You will see a plan of the bus with numbered seats. Seats marked in green are free.

On the App

1. Commence the purchase process.

2. On the results page, only services with available seats may be selected. If the service you require is full, the message “FULL” will show and this option may not be selected.

3. Once you have selected the required schedule, click on NEXT and continue to “Additional services”.

4. Click on “CHANGE” under the “Seats” option. A plan of the bus with numbered seats will show. Seats marked in green are free.

By phone, points of sale and self-service machines

When buying tickets via 902 422 242 or points of sale, the sales staff will inform you whether there are seats available.

When buying tickets using self-service machines, the system will not permit you to select a service when there are no seats available.
