If you have just missed your bus, the original ticket is no longer valid and cannot be exchanged or cancelled once the departure time has passed. To continue your journey, please follow these steps:
- Buy a new ticket for the next available time. You can do this quickly via our Alsa App, on the Alsa website, or at the station's ticket office/self-service machine.
- Check the upcoming schedules in our search engine to see your options.
Tip for future trips: To avoid any issues, we recommend being at the departure bay at least 10 minutes before the time shown on your ticket.
