Alsa is following the recommendations of the authorities on responsibility regarding travel. Therefore, our services are carried out in compliance with strict controls to ensure the safety of both passengers and drivers.
Compulsory use of masks
In compliance with ORDER TMA/384/2020, of 3 May, of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda, which gives instructions on the use of masks in the various means of transport and lays down requirements to ensure safe mobility in accordance with the plan for the transition to a new normality,
users of bus transportation services are informed that THE USE OF MASKS THAT COVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH WILL BE COMPULSORY FOR ALL USERS.
Consult the schedules
If you have to travel, we would like to inform you that the schedules of our services are permanently updated on our website www.alsa.es. However, since we have to adjust to the plan to end lockdown, our services may be modified, especially from 25 May onwards.
If you would like to buy a ticket you can do so but, in this exceptional circumstance, we recommend that you confirm the availability of the service 24 hours before your departure on www.alsa.com, in case any changes have occurred.
If you are going to travel it is recommended that you bring a work, medical or another document that justifies that you are travelling within the permitted reasons. It will make the work of the authorities easier in the event of a check.
Reasons why people can travel
Remember that we are in a situation of alarm and that you can only travel for one of the reasons set out in Royal Decree 463/2020, which you can consult in the information provided by the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda.
Avoid traveling if you have symptoms
If you are not able to travel, change or cancel your ticket. We have made the exchange and cancellation conditions more flexible so that you can manage your ticket up to 2 hours before the departure of your bus.
