Madrid Night Tour

Tourist Bus (Daytime Route)

  • Operation: The service operates every day of the year.
  • High Season (March to October): Service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The approximate frequency is 8-9 minutes.
  • Low Season (November to February): Service hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The approximate frequency is 14-15 minutes.
  • Note: The frequency is approximate and may be altered by traffic conditions.

Madrid Night Tour (Nighttime Route)

  • Service period: From June 20 to October 31.
  • Single daily departure: At 9:00 p.m. (21:00 h).
  • Starting point: Felipe IV Stop (Prado Museum).

It is strictly prohibited

  • To stand up or brandish any object above head height.
  • To throw any type of object or wrapper.
  • To adopt positions other than those normally seated on the seats.
  • No animals are allowed on board except guide dogs.
  • On days when operation is not possible due to interruption of road traffic, this will be communicated via announcements at the stops.
  • The average duration of each route will be 80 min. for Route 1 and 65 min. for Route 2.
  • The frequency of vehicle passage allows complete routes to be carried out throughout the day until 80 min. and 65 min. before the end of the service. The services at 4:40 p.m. and 8:40 p.m. (depending on the season) will allow the complete Route 1 to be done. Those at 4:50 p.m. and 8:50 p.m. (depending on the season) will allow Route 2 to be done.
  • Tickets can be purchased on the buses, in hotels, travel agencies, at the Madrid City Tour information centre as well as on their website www.madrid.city-tour.com and other sales channels available at any time.
  • Complaint forms are available to passengers.
  • Bad weather or alteration of the service due to any event/cause beyond the control of the UTE Madrid City Tour will not entitle the user to a refund of the ticket price.
  • The ticket must be kept throughout the journey, as it may be requested by company personnel at any time. Its loss implies the impossibility of accessing or continuing the service.
