Very important and of interest:

  • Physical tickets must be kept during the entire journey. Their damage, loss, or theft results in the inability to access or continue the service, and does not entitle the holder to a duplicate, exchange, or refund.
  • Bad weather or service disruption due to any event/force majeure/cause beyond MCT's control will not entitle to a refund of the ticket price.
  • Animals in carriers, guide dogs, and assistance dogs with proper accreditation are allowed on board.

It is prohibited

  • Smoking, vaping, and consuming alcohol.
  • Standing up or brandishing any object above head height.
  • Operating the hood mechanism.
  • Traveling standing on the upper deck while the bus is in motion.
