POINT OF SALE INFORMATION

Currently, in most of the points of sale we have self-selling machines for managing tickets and passes.

  • If you need to purchase a ticket, you can do so by using our self-service machines, at www.alsa.com/en/web/bus/home, or through mobile apps.
  • If you need to change or cancel a ticket purchased at any ticket office with a credit card, please call (+34) 91 020 7007.
  • If you need to change a ticket purchased at any ticket office using cash, please call (+34) 91 020 7007 or wait until the ticket offices resume operations.
  • If you need to cancel a ticket purchased at any ticket office using cash, we kindly ask you to wait until the ticket offices open back up.
  • Regarding the rest of the points of sale, Alsa will continue to act according to the decisions rendered by the competent authorities.

Payment with Wallet at our sales points

From May 1, 2017, you can also pay at our sales points through any NFC wallet (BBVA Wallet, Santander Wallet, Vodafone Wallet, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay And more), since we have updated our payment terminals so you can do it. You can even pay with wallets on wearables, like watches featuring NFC technology.
