Website and App

  • Before commencing the purchase process, Alsa Plus members will be asked to enter the password and ID number associated with their account.
  • Name and surname of each passenger.
  • ID.
  • E-mail.
  • Mobile number, if you wish to receive an SMS with the booking reference and travel information.
  • Depending on the payment method
  1. Credit or debit card number and CVV code.
  2. PayPal: e-mail associated with the account.
  3. Mobile payment: telephone number associated with the invoice.
