I have forgotten my Alsa Plus password

Recovering a forgotten AlsaPlus password couldn’t be easier:

Website and App

Access the “Log in” section.
Under your access details, click on “I have forgotten my password”.
A window will show, where you will be asked to enter your ID number.
You will be sent an e-mail to reset your password.
On the web, you also have the option of creating a new password via SMS on the phone associated with your Alsa Plus account.
