Alsa adapted vehicles have seats and spaces designated for the elderly, passengers with reduced mobility, pregnant women, and people with disabilities.

If you are not traveling alone, you can reserve the places for your companions at the same time.
Adapted intercity services
Lines with adapted vehicles have designated spaces for passengers who wish to travel in their wheelchair. These must be booked at least 48 hours in advance and come at no extra cost. In these cases, the seat cannot be chosen. Check available times on each route.
Passengers wishing to use this service should note:
- They should be at the bus bay 30 minutes before departure.
- If they wish to use a conventional seat, they should not book this space during the purchase process. They must also enter the bus and seat themselves independently or travel with someone who assists them.
- The wheelchair will be stowed in the hold at no extra cost.
- Includes assistance boarding/disembarking, securing and releasing the wheelchair, and help with luggage.
- Does not include a companion at the station or assistance when eating or going to the toilet at stops.

Priority seats
Adapted urban and metropolitan services
- All Alsa urban lines have at least one designated space for passengers travelling in wheelchairs.
- This does not need to be pre-booked and includes the use of a lifting platform and help boarding and disembarking the bus.
- It does not include any kind of on-board assistance and is only provided at the passenger’s place of departure and arrival.
PMRSR: Passengers with Reduced Mobility in Wheelchairs.
- All Alsa urban lines have designated seats for people with reduced mobility, the elderly, pregnant women, or people with some kind of disability.
- They do not need to be reserved and do not include additional assistance.
- These seats are limited and cannot be selected as they are located in a specific part of the bus.
