Alsa Plus is Alsa's loyalty program that allows registered customers to earn credit with every purchase of tickets and passes. Alsa Plus customers can enjoy the following benefits:

  • Redeem credit for a percentage or the total price of a ticket.
  • No booking fees on ticket purchases starting from the first purchase after the registration date.
  • High-speed Wi-Fi connection when traveling on Alsa fleet buses.
  • Purchase of travel passes to save on your trips.
  • Exclusive promotions and discounts.

Becoming an Alsa Plus customer is very simple. You can register through the website, the app, or at points of sale.

On the Web

  1. Go to the User Registration area.
  2. Complete the registration form and accept the terms and conditions.
  3. Once submitted, you will receive an email at the address provided to confirm and complete the registration process.

On the App

  1. Go to “Log in” at the top of the screen.
  2. Then, at the bottom, tap “Don’t have an account? Sign up in a minute.”
  3. Enter your email and password, accept the terms, and tap “CREATE ACCOUNT.”
  4. A message will appear stating that you have received an email to confirm your registration.
  5. Tap “OK.”
  6. Enter your personal details and tap “I WANT TO BE ALSAPLUS.”
