All our tickets include free transport of your
standard luggage, allowing you to carry:

On board: as hand luggage, a small accessory that
you must place and store perfectly in the overhead trays above the
seats or, exceptionally, under your seat (check here
for specific hand luggage dimensions and conditions).

In the hold: 1 suitcase, travel bag, or backpack
with a maximum permitted weight that varies according to the
selected fare: 20 kg for the Basic fare, 25 kg for the Flexible
fare, and up to 30 kg for the Super Flexible fare.
Exceptions on the following routes: Madrid – Guadalajara: Up to 50
kg. - Fraga – Lleida: Up to 40 kg. - Murcia – Almería: Up to 40 kg.
- Madrid – Casablanca: Maximum 2 suitcases (30 kg in total and
without the possibility of adding extra luggage).
If your luggage exceeds the free limit, you can add one more item of
up to 25 kg as extra luggage. This service is subject
to the vehicle's capacity, so we recommend booking it during the
purchase process (check here

Regulations for smart suitcases (with batteries)
Travelers may only carry technological suitcases with
batteries that do not exceed 100 Wh, which must be
removed before boarding. The passenger is obliged
to keep the battery with them during the trip. It is the
responsibility of travelers to verify the correct condition of their
technological devices and the batteries they carry. Failure to comply
with these conditions may result in luggage being prohibited from the bus.
