If you try to register for Alsa Plus and cannot complete the process, it may be due to:

  • You are already registered as a customer, so the system will indicate that the user already exists. In that case, log in directly as a customer or, if you do not remember your password, go to the “Reset password" option and set a password in the email you will receive at the email address associated with your account.
  • You have entered some information incorrectly: the format of your identity document, a character in your email account, or in your password.
  • Connection failure during the registration process. In that case, wait a few minutes before trying again.

Review all your information before clicking "Submit"; this way, you will avoid having to modify it once the process has been completed.
