ALSA launches a new route from Madrid to the Algarve.

Madrid, July 16, 2019. - The passenger transport company ALSA informs that, due to the start of the peak summer season, it has begun operating a new route connecting Madrid with the beaches of the Portuguese Algarve.

From Tuesday, July 16th, until September 30th, the company will operate this new direct service, via Seville, to the Algarve, with departures every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from the South Bus Station of Madrid.

The new route allows comfortable and economical access to the most important tourist towns on the Algarve coast, with stops in Faro, Faro Airport, Albufeira, Portimao and Lagos. Tickets can be purchased from 22 euros each way through the company's various sales channels: www.alsa.es, 902 42 22 42 and station ticket offices.

In addition to this new summer connection, ALSA's international services also offer daily services that connect Madrid with the Algarve, via Badajoz, and with the main cities of Portugal, such as Lisbon and Porto, throughout the year.
