ALSA announces scholarships for people with disabilities in Cantabria to obtain a bus driving license.

As part of its “What are you capable of?” program, which focuses on training and employability for people with disabilities, the ALSA passenger transport company is offering training grants to obtain a bus driving license (Class D) in the Community of Cantabria.

To access these scholarships, applicants must be 24 years of age or older, be unemployed, have a Class B driver's license (without any restrictions), a Certificate of Schooling or School Graduate, and a recognized degree of disability of at least 33%. Candidates must send their application and curriculum vitae to the following address before July 29: transportesaccesibles@transportesaccesibles.com

Passing this training action will allow students to subsequently obtain the Initial Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP) - an essential certificate to work as a bus driver - and thereby improve their employability and increase their chances of inclusion in the labor market.

With these scholarships, the company ALSA is committed to and promotes training for employment as an essential factor for the social inclusion of people with disabilities.
