ALSA enters the ski resort transfer market in the Alps.

Madrid, February 14, 2017. - The passenger transport company ALSA has entered the transfer market to the main ski resorts of the French and Swiss Alps from Geneva Airport, operating under the AlpyBus brand.

With its entry into this innovative market segment, ALSA takes another step in its strategy of diversification and development of innovative and environmentally sustainable transport products.

With 12 years of experience, AlpyBus is the leading product in the transfer sector, both private and shared, from Geneva-Cointrin Airport to the ski resorts of Chamonix, Verbier, Avoriaz, Morzine and Les Gets. It also offers tailor-made transfers to other destinations, and AlpyBus will soon be present in new airports and will offer transfers to more stations.

To this end, AlpyBus will operate a fleet of up to 50 vehicles this season, including minibuses and minivans. It has a staff of 90 employees and will transport around 200,000 passengers a year, thanks to the most competitive rates in the sector.

Geneva International Airport receives more than 16 million passengers a year, who use it as a gateway to the resorts of the Alps for skiing during the winter and mountain tourism in summer.
