ALSA and Vivlium.com now offer Supra and Premium class passengers access to a new digital service.

Madrid, May 24, 2017.- The passenger transport company ALSA continues to innovate and improve the services it offers to customers of its Supra and Premium Class services, in close collaboration with Vivlium.com, offering them from this month of May free access to the contents of this online learning platform, the most innovative multiplatform and multichannel project in the sector.
“Caring for and improving the experience of our customers, providing them with value not only during the journey in our coaches, but also before and after the trip, is a constant objective in ALSA's strategy and daily actions,” in the words of Rocio Escondrillas, Commercial and Marketing Director of the company.
On this occasion, after months of work integrating technological solutions and selecting themes and content that add value to the customer, ALSA, in collaboration with Vivlium.com, takes an important step forward by taking advantage of the opportunities of connected technology. “Our clients demand more and better services from us, not only in terms of connectivity and Wi-Fi during the trip, but also demand more quality in the content of the on-board entertainment channels, to make their trip an increasingly personal and valuable experience,” according to Rocío Escondrillas.
In this context, the "Improve your quality of life" channel of Vivlium.com allows travelers, for the first time in the sector, to access exclusive premium content for free, simply by being an ALSA customer.
The process for the user is very simple and fast: Thanks to the personal code that appears on their ticket, travelers can access the exclusive online channel "Improve your quality of life" on Vivlium before, during and after the trip and enjoy the audiovisual and hypermedia content on personal improvement, health, nutrition and beauty that are presented directly by experts in each subject at a national and international level.
Quality hypermedia content, prestigious authors and learning certifications
The objective pursued with this proposal is important: "It is about improving the traveler's experience, providing them with a careful selection of exclusive learning and entertainment content, endorsed by leading authors and experts in each subject, in an offer that is expanding monthly with new topics, new formats and more experts," says Ana Cuesta, Executive Director of Vivlium.
In line with the constant improvement of quality in ALSA's Supra and Premium services, Vivlium has made a selection of authors and content, analyzing the main trends of experts and editorial content in Spain.
