Alsa joins the Code of Best Practices to promote female talent

Madrid, May 30.- The passenger transport company ALSA informs that it has adhered to the "Code of Good Practices for Talent Management and Improvement of Competitiveness in the Company", promoted by the máshumano Foundation in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Executives and Directors (EJE&CON), and whose main objective is to promote female talent in the management of organizations.

 

ALSA thus joins other entities committed to talent, and undertakes to promote the importance of female talent to improve the development of people and the competitiveness of companies.

 

The "Code of Good Practices for Talent Management and Improvement of Competitiveness" implies the development of initiatives that promote and give visibility to female talent in companies, according to a series of principles such as: promoting equality of opportunities from senior management; establishing mechanisms to provide transparency to equal opportunities policies; favoring the recognition of talent regardless of gender; and promoting a culture that fosters a balanced relationship between the organization and the individual.

 

With the adhesion to this code, ALSA is effectively committed to promoting and promoting diverse talent.
