Alsa and the Spanish Paralympic Committee sign a collaboration agreement.
• The 'Paralympic Bus 25 Years' travels through the city and the Community of Madrid

Madrid, February 12, 2021.- The mobility operator Alsa and the Spanish Paralympic Committee (CPE) have signed a collaboration agreement on the occasion of the entity's 25th anniversary, whereby both organizations will collaborate in the promotion of sports for people with disabilities.
The first project resulting from this agreement has been the adaptation of a double-decker bus of the company that already travels through different cities of the Community of Madrid to commemorate the creation 25 years ago of the CPE, an entity that governs high-level sports for people with disabilities in our country.
The bus is decorated with photographs of prominent Paralympic athletes and the corporate image of the members of the ADOP Plan and the Spanish companies that enable our athletes to prepare professionally to represent our country in the Paralympic Games, whose next edition is scheduled to be held in Tokyo next August.
Alsa inscribes this agreement within its Corporate Social Responsibility policy, one of whose priority lines of action is to promote the integration of people with disabilities in the labor and social fields.
In its 25 years of history, the CPE -which is the body of union and coordination of all sports for people with disabilities in Spain and has the same nature and functions as the Spanish Olympic Committee but in the field of athletes with disabilities- has made important achievements in favor of normalization, awareness and equal opportunities for people with disabilities in society.
The commemorative events of the CPE's 25th anniversary will culminate next spring with the reforestation of 25,000 trees in the municipality of Madrid, as a sign of commitment to sustainability and the UN SDGs.
