With logged-in purchases of your tickets on Alsa, you accumulate Alsa Plus credit, which you can use to save on your future trips.
You accumulate Alsa Plus credit for the following
- Your ticket fare.
- Trip add-ons: travel insurance, seat selection, extra luggage, pets, etc.

Do not forget to identify yourself with each purchase to accumulate credit and save on your future trips. In case you have not identified yourself, you can request your credit to be added from 48h to 30 days after the trip with this form.
When does your Alsa Plus balance expire
You have 18 months from the moment you obtain the credit to use it on your future purchases. Conditions
How to use your Alsa Plus balance
On the payment screen, select "Alsa Plus Balance" as the payment method. Remember that the minimum Alsa Plus balance to be able to apply a discount is €1.
