Public transport connections
Santander Bus Station is the neuralgic center of transport in Cantabria. Located in the heart of the city, opposite the train stations (Renfe and Feve), it offers perfect intermodality for traveling both around the capital and throughout the Cantabrian Coast.
Train and urban bus
Railway Connection (Renfe and Cercanías AM)

- Cercanías: Direct connections with Torrelavega, Reinosa, Solares, and Liérganes.
- Long Distance: Alvia trains with direct destination to Palencia, Valladolid, and Madrid.
- Metric Gauge (Former Feve): Regional routes connecting Santander with Bilbao and Oviedo, running along the entire coast.
Urban Bus (TUS):
The Santander Urban Transport Service has main stops at the station door itself and in the adjacent Calle de las Estaciones:
- Lines 1, 2, 3, and 4: Connect the station with the city center (City Hall), the Puertochico area, and the beaches of El Sardinero.

- At Santander Airport: Features a hub with companies like OK Mobility, Goldcar, and top-tier international agencies.
