When is the amount charged to my card?

The amount is charged to your card automatically, on conclusion of the online purchase process.

Alsa has the following payment methods:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
  • Alsa Plus Wallet .
  • PayPal (website and app only).
  • Apple Pay (app only).
  • Alsa Plus Balance .
  • Cash (only at Alsa points of sale, self-service machines, and on-board purchase; the latter option is limited to certain routes).

The different options will be shown depending on the selected route, the transaction amount, and the purchase channel.
