If you are an Alsa Plus customer, you will receive a promotional code on your birthday with a discount depending on your loyalty level: 15% for Classic level, 20% for Silver and 25% for Gold. Redeeming it is very easy:

  • Log in as an Alsa Plus customer before starting the purchase process.
  • In the purchase search engine, click on "Promotional codes/Vouchers", enter the code received by email in the space provided and click "SEARCH FOR THE BEST PRICE".
  • In the next step, ticket prices will be displayed with the birthday discount already applied to the corresponding services.
  • If the code is not valid or has expired, the message "Promotional code does not exist" will appear and the same prices will be shown as if you had not entered any promotional code.

The code will be valid for one month from the day you receive the congratulatory email.
