Claiming lost objects with Bus&Fly tickets
Holders of Bus&Fly tickets who lose objects on the bus may submit a claim when they reach their station. They will be required to show their ticket and invoice, if any.
There is also a “Complaints” form available on the “CONTACT” section of the website; complaints may also be made by calling (+34) 919 914 030 (in Spanish). If the object is lost during the flight operated by Iberia, follow the instructions given on the luggage incident page.
