On national routes, at the time of boarding, the responsible adult must accompany the minor, who will carry the ticket along with a copy of the Authorization Document or Kangaroo Service signed by the legal guardian and previously confirmed by our Customer Service. To obtain this confirmation of the documentation, the parents or guardian must have sent, within 48 hours prior to the departure of the service prior to the trip, the signed validation request to firstname.lastname@example.org (in spanish).
Our drivers are not authorised to allow any child aged 4-13 on board unless their forms are validated by Alsa.
- One-off authorisation: allows a minor to board a specific service once. It is valid only for the specified journey.
- Temporary authorisation: for children who frequently travel alone. It is valid for at most one year, for a specific route.
- Babysitter Service: available on Premium services. Children are supervised by an attendant. Documents are valid only for the specified journey.
You may also download the forms at www.alsa.com/en/web/bus/terms-of-purchase or request them at any Alsa point of sale.
