On national routes, at the time of boarding, the responsible adult must accompany the minor, who will carry the ticket along with a copy of the Authorization Document or Kangaroo Service signed by the legal guardian and previously confirmed by our Customer Service. To obtain this confirmation of the documentation, the parents or guardian must have sent, within 48 hours prior to the departure of the service prior to the trip, the signed validation request to autorizacionmenores@alsa.es (in spanish).

Our drivers are not authorised to allow any child aged 4-14 on board unless their forms are validated by Alsa.

Authorisation forms:

  • One-off authorisation: allows a minor to board a specific service once. It is valid only for the specified journey.
  • Temporary authorisation: for children who frequently travel alone. It is valid for at most one year, for a specific route.

You may also download the forms at www.alsa.com/en/web/bus/terms-of-purchase or request them at any Alsa point of sale.
