On national routes, children travelling alone must be accompanied by an adult during boarding, and must carry their ticket along with their copy of the Authorisation Form or Babysitter Service form, signed by their legal guardian and validated by Alsa.
Our drivers are not authorised to allow any child aged 4-13 on board unless their forms are validated by Alsa.
- One-off authorisation: allows a minor to board a specific service once. It is valid only for the specified journey.
- Temporary authorisation: for children who frequently travel alone. It is valid for at most one year, for a specific route.
- Babysitter Service: available on Premium services. Children are supervised by an attendant. Documents are valid only for the specified journey.
You may also download the forms at www.alsa.com/en/web/bus/terms-of-purchase or request them at any Alsa point of sale.
