If you are trying to register with ALSAPLUS+ but cannot complete the process, this may be due to:

  • You are already registered and the system is saying that the user already exists. In this case, enter as a customer. If you do not remember your password, click on “Change password” and set a new password, using the e-mail sent to the e-mail address associated with your account.
  • Some detail you have entered is incorrect: your ID format, e-mail address or password.
  • Your connection was lost during the registration process. In this case, wait a few minutes and try again.

To avoid having to change any details after concluding the process, review your information before clicking “Send”.
