  • ALSAPLUS+ customer wishing to pay with points or to make use of a certain discount or fare will be asked to show their ID card.

Website and App

  • Before commencing the purchase process, ALSAPLUS+ members will be asked to enter the password and ID number associated with their account.
    • Name and surname of each passenger.
    • ID.
    • E-mail.
    • Mobile number, if you wish to receive an SMS with the booking reference and travel information.
    • Depending on the payment method
      • Credit or debit card number and CVV code.
      • PayPal: e-mail associated with the account.
      • Mobile payment: telephone number associated with the invoice.
