What can I do if I lose my printed ticket?
It is not necessary to carry a printed ticket to board buses covering long-distance national routes and international routes. Just show:
- Your booking reference number.
- An e-ticket bought on our website.
- A ticket bought using our App.
- A text message with the ticket details.
If you prefer to carry a printed ticket, you may print it out again from your confirmation e-mail or ask to have it printed at any point of sale, showing your details and the booking reference number.
A printed ticket must be carried to board buses covering regional routes and international routes departing from or arriving in Morocco.
