INNOVATION PILOTS WITH STARTUPS

Lost property

For a company that transported 423 million people last year, efficient management of lost items is a constant challenge: we have launched an initiative that uses AI to revolutionize this process. In collaboration with the startup FoundSpot, the solution implemented not only facilitates the recovery of lost objects; but also provides customers with a better experience, reducing recovery time and operational costs.
